My son is 2 year old and having constipation issue from past week. His stomach is becoming tight and he is going motion two to three times a day but with with less quantities. What to do ?

A. You should give more of fibres and fluids in the diet of the child I think that would really be helpful and try to give more of fibre is desired instead of more of solid try to include more of fibre into the diet which will be helpful
