my son is 2 year and 10 months old but still he falls saliva all the time .I can't understand what to do should I consult the doctor

A. to decrease this you have to maintain hygiene of the oral cavity by regular cleaning the oral cavity with the help of your finger as a less you can use clean cotton cloth. this has to be done at least two times peer day also the increased salivation is due to the pre tooth eruption pain and the irritation of dirty things the child places in the oral cavity z
