my son is 2 months old he used to do 1-2 potty daily earlier but after his 45 days vaccination he is not doing potty fr 2-3 days at all.. he was given penta5, rotavirus and pnemococal vaccine together in equal interval of 5minutes. is it ok or should i get him diagnosed
