Q.

My son is 2 months and 23 days old. He was there in nursery for 3 days as he was born in the 37th week of pregnancy. I have started giving him the breast milk when he was 4 days old. He never gets satisfied with the breast milk even if I keep feeding him for 2 hours continuously still he is unsatisfied at last I have to give him feeder. What can I do so that he can have enough amount of breastfeed.

A. You can take lactation supplements something like Shatavari powder three times in the day you can continue you ticket for a month at least initially and see if it is helping you to boost your lactation and if it does then you’ll have good amount to feed your child on to your breast otherwise you have to shift to formula feeding only
