Q.

my son is 2 and half years old, he is able to communicate for his needs but is not able to talk and understand what we say and we cannot understand evrything what he says, is it normal?

A. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment of the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four major milesstones that is 1.gross motor mileestone 2.fine motor milestone 3.social milestone 4.language milestone.
