My son is 2.5 years old.....How can i stop breastfeeding to him??? Its very difficult for me.

A. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Try giving first outside milk to start with stopping the breastfeeding.
