my son is 2.5 years, from few days my son is telling stomach pain ...it's not seviour but he is able to tell suddenly and continues playing

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipatjhion gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and cohnsult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
