my son is 2.2 years old now but he cries a lot and within a month he got fever twice and cough is not getting cured since long

You should get a blood test done for your child to know what maybe the reason that your child is constantly getting a fever like this and why your child is crying all the time that also you need to figure out on that is only for the suggestion can be provided to you
