Q.
My son is 2.1 year old but doesn’t speak much. It’s just stressing me out cause how much I try , he just doesn’t speak. He follows my instructions and even plays with me and has good eye contact too, but whenever any guest comes he just becomes more clingy.

A child must be introvert by nature which is fine about the guest and all that you say but here about speech you should try and communicate more and more with your child get some board books flashcards teach with those things and even if your child is not picking up then you can consult us speech therapist once
