Q.

My son is 1yr4m old. Since 5 days his hand and foot palms are very hot always. I thought it is due to fever or high temperature so i gave him p120 5 ml twice a day for 2 days. After that temperature was normal. But still his palms are heating even though his body is not as warm as in high temperature. But his palms are heating always. And his body is also warm since 5 days. Is it normal or he’s suffering from fever or should I consult to a paediatrician once again? Plz help me. Am very worried because he has medical history of pneumonia for past 3 months followed by WALRI. Last month he recovered and now again his body is warm always. Plz help me with this plz

A. Hello, your baby boy is 16 months old and his palms and soles and head are warm always so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation just give him plenty of water and fruits juice

A. Hello ma’am Did you take a temperature before you started giving medicine to the child because normally the body temperature can be hot but if it is within the temperature of 99° fahrenheit then you shouldn’t be giving any medicine to your child because it is not even if you’ve any kind of confusion about anything it would be best for you to consult your paediatrician ones
