My son is 1yr2months old , he is late preterm with birth weight 2 kg ...... My issue is daily he vomitted atleast once a day . He strains more to pass stools . while eating he strained more and passed motion at that time he vomitted .... Can u pls give me solution for this.

it's not due to premier. It is  normal for the baby to not pass motion freely even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry .  if it is above one week or baby s in trouble then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby . no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation by self  as not recommended.
