my son is 1year 5 months old and he has only 6 teeth till now so I am very much worried when the rest teeth will come orh delay in teething is any sign of concern..

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi don't worry as sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their milk teeth.. complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts by the age of 3 years..so wait for some more time
