Q.

my son is 1year 3 months old.. he is not having stool on time sometimes 4-5 times in a day sometimes dont pass stool... he has constipation problem... thodi thodi krta h achhe se nhi hoti 1 baar me... please suggest something

A. yes this can happen so hard stools can be painful for baby . to prevent constipation change diet habit s . can give fibre rich foods like whole grains Dalia Suji and also seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables like spinach etc also give plenty of water and fluids like curd , buttermilk
