ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. if you are giving any iron supplements then that is the reason otherwise these are cavities. please visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done and he or she will guide you

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. it can be due to inadequate brushing, eating more junk or sticky foods, bacterial which causes discoloration, i suggest you to please visit your dentist as he will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing the baby and suggest accordingly
