Q.
my son is 19 month old. there is lot of smell in stool.. n it's semi liquid in texture.. n his appetite is, also effected his body is fevrish but no temp on thermometer

I think it’s normal but yet if you feel something is wrong because of the too much of smell that you’re talking about into the poo and in that case you can connect with the doctor if they say or ask you to conduct a stool test then kindly go ahead with what your doctor advise
