Q.

My son is 18 months old and he has not started saying any word like Mumma Papa and his name also but he makes sounds and some time 1 words also, Sometimes he responds to his names and sometimes he don't

A. Dear mom, Some kids are started to speak in a late stage. Actually its not a problem as you feel. Im mom of 2 kids. My boy saying all the words what we speak. But my girl cant. She has different talent. The children whose is speaking late they may be very strong in observing. Wait for some month but dont stop communicate with him.

A. good afternoon it is fine completely normal nothing to worry about your heart to be patient and wait for another 4 to 5 months before you can expect more from the child just try to wait for some time
