Q.
My son is 17.5months old.. still feeding. I wanted to know is it important to start animal milk also He has curd frequently..but I dnt force glasses of milk like many other.. Is that ok?

The maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
