Q.
My son is 15 months old but the shape of his head has not become round yet, it is flat on one side and has a bulge on the other side, the doctor said that it will become normal after a year but it did not happen, Is there still time to get better? I have attached a pic with the post.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Flat head in Babies is very common mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few so months . so because of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This will become normal by itself gradually when the skull grow in size and shape with age .
No musturd seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like massage is required for the corrrction .
