aap one feed at a time stop kara sakte hai , jahan aapko phele firm hona padega apne decision se as tantrums honge , par give in na kare nahi tho aur mushkil hoga

The correct process is that you should actually start giving a complimentary feeding to the child and slowly start with drawing onto your breastfeeding this way your breast will also stop making milk slowly and the child will get used to another milk without any hassle
