my son is 14 month old and having trouble with cold and nose getting chock in night... pl suggest some medicine

A. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and colfd. Indirect steam is helpful. For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. This may due to edither allergy for infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . If fever is present give paracetamol.

Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Use saline nasal drops
