Q.

My son is 13 months old. He was suffering pain in his foreskin in the first week of October 2020. I took him to pediatrician he preferred a cream and antibiotic. After using that cream swelling of foreskin was loosen in 4-5 days, but foreskin was not opened. In November twice his foreskin was swelled but there was no pain during urination. In December not swelled or pained but foreskin 1/4 opened. In January I visited local pediatric surgeon he suggested Betnovate cream for one month and said that there is no need now to operation. Now my son's foreskin is half opened and there is no pain background I would like to ask whether there is a need of operation? if yes then up to what age? Please suggest expert opinion.
