Q.

my son is 10 months old and on exclusively BF. Yesterday I had a beer(500ml 1 unit) and feed the baby after 3 hrs. it seems like his tummy is upset and he threw up what he had in the afternoon. but had breakfast and he was fine. seems he is gassy also please suggest what I can do? should I take to hospital?

A. It’s Find maybe your child was unable to digest the lunch that you gave to the baby which is why your child threw up and it has got nothing to do with you drinking alcohol and a little bit is fine since you are not exclusively breastfeeding the child you can have alcohol in a moderate quantity
