My son is 10 Months old and has 8 teeths. Four each side (up and down). Should I start brushing his teeth.

yes you can start brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first milk teeth erupts.
use small head soft bristles toothbrush twice daily along with small head soft bristles toothbrush

Don't worry if you don't manage to brush much at first. The important thing is to get your baby used to brushing their teeth as part of their daily routine.
