my son is 1 yr old he is having gas problem he is having gas all day long do suggest me a syrup

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Colic in babies is a very common issue and it's matter of concern for parents as the baby is extremely irritable and inconsolable by most of the means.
Exclusive breastfeeding with a proper bupring ahund keeping the baby in an upright position will be helpful.
Antiflatulence medicine like semithicone , probiotics and enzyme preparations may be helpful.
Maternalt lifestyle and dietary habbits are also contributory and important.
