Q.
my son is 1 year old now, he was premature baby of 27 week. his corrected age is arround 9 month 20 days. but he has no teeth till now. is it something to be concerned. he is able to sit and can stand with support. but does not crawl yet. he is very active and mingle with any body.

If your child is standing with support then there is no problem as a child would learn to walk straight in with support and independently so that is not an issue the crawling is not an issue right now so with what you are mentioning right now in your query seems everything is good just woke up the weight of your child
