Q.
My son is 1 year old. I give him aaloo n planner paratha but he doesn't eats it . Any suggestions so that he can take interest in eating it.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. as you are serving the food aalo parantha or paneer parantha, you can make a smiley face on the parantha or you can make a roll and give to baby as to have his own, give different shapes to parantha..
as to develop food interest
have meals together
let the baby have his food on his own..
add variety and creativity to plate..
give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water jeera water..
