my son is 1 year and 2 weeks old and this morning I noticed some kind of blisters and pimples on his palms , feet n parts of his body. is this to be taken seriously?

These things can be assigned for chickenpox or small box so you can examine with the doctor as till that time we do not check it properly we cannot be sure about it and that’s how you need to proceed you have to consult your paediatrician once regarding the same
