my son is 1 year 10 month.. I saw pimple on his groin area ... and a little abscess near underarm... what should I use ...?? which product I use for it.

A. You will have to puncture the infection and take the infection out of it and then you can Betadine in both the areas where you are seeing this kind of pimple and if you’re unable to do that please check with your doctor they’ll do the needful for you
