Q.
my son is 1 month old baby...when I breastfeeding to him...he sleeps around 15 minutes only...At the same when I use formula milk to feed then the sleeping time will take nearly one hour.... what is the reason behind this

might happen because of low milk supply .
but it doesn't mean that you should wean your child from breastfeeding.
instead of it ,I advise you to offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
