My son has started schooling now he frequently catches cold, cough or fever because of that he is not eating properly. What can be given to build his immunity ??

A. yes, gi e him immunity booster food. make sure to keep him well hyderate. you may give syp zincovit daily 5 ml once. also feed turmeric milk all the very best
