my son has small rash on legs he is playing in garden so he got rash please suggest soap

Ma’am Just got hurt with something so don’t worry about it if your child got a rash playing in the garden then you can use any so that you want to and apply Boroline anti septic cream on to that area if your child has got a particular rash by playing in the garden
