My son has not started full conversation yet he is 3 years old now but can’t make full sentences. Still he communicates in words or little group of words. What can I do please suggest.

A. not started conversation full sentences first two words together then three words together then four words together break the sentence and let the baby repeat after you let the baby repeat after you
