My son has mouth ulcer and 100.1 fever yesterday Fever is 99 today and ulcer is still there He is active What to do?

Dologel you can apply as of now that would be a very good option for you to use and this will help in reducing mouth ulcer start with a B complex supplement and you should give water with fennel seeds to the child which will be very helpful in reducing it
