My son has got red patches and itching on hands and legs i had given him tur dal last week is this allergic pls suggest any medicine

Apply atogla lotion on the hands and legs of the baby.
This will help to give relief.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
