my son has developed very faint white spots on his cheek. what could be the cause?

it should be a pitrysis alba
but its normal to get.
usually it is caused by over exposure to sunlight or dry skin .
it clearups by own so please dont get panic.
but if it is increasing ,if there is itching ,irritation too please visit your pediatrician
