A. First of all it needs to checked so contact a pedodontist to examine it and if required cleaning and filing should be done otherwise the cavity will increase and root may get involved

A. Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
