My son has been rubbing his right eye often for the past two or three weeks. However there is no redness, and he doesn't complain having any pain. He seems to be sensitive to light. While watching TV he could be found rubbing his eyes often. But he very rarely watches TV. In the past 3 days the rubbing seems to have reduced. Still is it something that I have to think seriously about? What may be the reason for the rubbing?

A. can be dry eyes and eye strain according to this symptoms it shall need a proper evaluation of the problem and then only after that any advise can be helped for this matter so consult your doctor soon
