my son has a fever when I give him paracetamol the medicine doesn't work in his fever so what kind of medicine I give him for fever instead of paracetamol plz suggest

A. paracetamol is safe always please continue and do cold sponging also Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
