My two year old baby boy is having fever 100.2 F, which medicine I should give him?

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a preoper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial tcoo to bring the temperature down .

Improvement is worsening then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
