my son has 18 month old he cannot sleep on night. awake at 2.00 am what is the reason.

A. hi parent maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep follow a routine feed before bed guev a wamr bath give late meals

My baby girl is 8 months old and i feel that she does not sleep a lot i.e she sleeps sometimes at 11:30, 12:30 or sometimes even at 2:00 in the night and then wakes up at 8:00 in the morning or at 9:00 sometimes then she’s awake for an hour and goes back to sleep at 10 or 10:30 and sleeps till 1:00 and after that she’s continuously awake and goes back to sleep by 7/7:30 in the evening, sleeps for an hour and then is awake till as I mentioned earlier so that’s her sleep cycle
