do check temp in ecery 6 hours n give it if tempbrecord more than 100F.
give lots of fluids

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello u should give paracetamol and since the fever is lil high tipid sponging is needed and also it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
