After using dolodart syrup fever still 102 . why?How much time will give the syrup for my 4.3 yrs boy?

Look it is a nature of the fever to keep repeating every 5 to 6 hours and sometimes the temperature could be same and sometimes it reduces down also and in total fever take about three days to subside completely and if it does not subside by that time you need to go ahead with further assessment to know whether it is a normal fever it is viral dengue typhoid or anything of the types
