Q.

my son has 102.2 fvr since yesterday and I'm giving paracetamol for 4hrs.. now please suggest me to get rid of fever by today

A. hi. do give paracetomol syp in right dose in every 4 to 6 hours, offer lots of fluids, and if no improvemebt after 3 days, good to visit your doctor.
