My son had fever of 109° four days back it was 2am in the night when we checked but after giving paracetamol we checked after 10 mins it showed 100.9° morning we went to doctor and he said if fever continues we need to give blood test but after taking syrups fever gone still do I need to give blood test please help #AsktheExpert

A. if ur baby has no fever since 24 hours than no need to do blood investigation, keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose in case if temp more than 100
