Q.

my son had a stomach ache and fever.later he had like diarrehea with green colour stools.he cant eat anything and the fever will come when stomach ache came.

A. Seems like your child is suffering with a stomach infection which is why this is happening please instantly connect with the doctor and give water with ORS regularly seems like your child is losing a lot of water that can lead to dehydration you need to avoid the situation also please visit your doctor as soon as you can
