my kid having fever ,stomach ache vomiting and loose stools ,given him syp emset syp flora 123 and water do i need to worry on fever

A. You can give paracetamol to the child for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day. It is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever Important to do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrexase body temperature. Keep the child ixn cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Higher medicines for fever is required or not will be told by the doctor
