My son got severe cold so his nose is blocking. He coughs often. It seems like dry cough. What can be done sir?

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very common in this season and please give your baby steam thrice a day and also give baby honey and ginger juice thrice a day one spoon. And Evaluate once with doctor in person as medicine should be given as per baby weight and age. Take care
