My son got Fingal infection on below the knees and armpit.. He is itching alot.. How to help him to relieve him from itching

Candid be ointment you can go ahead with applying as of now that is going to be good enough this ointment specifically for issues life fungal infections only into the outer area of the body so you can apply it regularly as of now at least five times in the day
