A. dear mother it can be because of some kind of rashes caused due to dryness of the skin so you must give a good supply of a healthy moisturizer best is to make use of coconut oil as it has tendency of removing any kind of itchy ness and infection naturally keep applying the oil and the body should always moisturizer
