Q.

My son goes to school from 8:30 am to 2:40pm...now he is 5 yr old and still wants to nap in the afternoon....should I continue afternoon nap bcoz after a nap he goes for his bhangra classes and then he studies at night ....is this routine okay ?

A. yes u can further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the conhcerned person with the geniune advice ...
